When viewing the pages throughout www.accessorieshq.co.uk, and subsequently purchasing an item, you are agreeing to all the terms set out below. If you disagree with anything, then you must not attempt to make a purchase, and must leave the website.

All our items are described to the best of our ability.
We reserve the right to change terms, service costs, discounts and prices at any time, so please check information before each purchase.


Payments
-------------
We accept payments via paypal (from users with or without a paypal accounts), and accept bank transfers. 

Overseas customers must use paypal only.

           

Shipping
------------
UK - 1st Class and Recorded/Royal Mail is used. Proof of posting is retained.
Your item should reach you within 2-5 working days.

           

FREE postage is available for customer residing in the UK, when £20 or more is spent.
 
           


Lost/late items
--------------------

For recorded items, call Royal Mail and make a claim for your loss.

For 1st Class items:


If after 7 days your item has not arrived, and you did not receive a  'while you were out card' from the postman, please call your local postal depot in the first instance. If the item hasnt arrived in 14 days, please let us know, and we will make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. They do not refund postage, and your refund will be the full item price.

If you made no effort to collect your item, and it comes back to us, you have 2 choices.

1. Send payment to cover postage charges for re-delivery within 7 days, or

2. Request a refund of the full item price. Postage costs are not refunded.

If payment is not received for re-delivery, you will automatically be refunded the item value.


Ordering
------------
All customers will be notified of the order status from placement of order, to dispatch.

On arrival, inspect your item, and try on footwear on a soft, non marking surface.

Faulty Items
----------------
NB. All items are checked by staff prior to packing.

If any imperfections were to be found, it would be mentioned ONLY if the item is the last in stock. AccessoriesHQ will then offer a substantial discount should the item still be required.

In the event of the footwear or accessories being damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will refund you in full, including return postage costs.

NB. If you want an exchange for the faulty/wrong order, postage for redelivery is covered by us, the seller.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

You can exchange when stock is available. Footwear exchanges must be for the same shoe style.

As with usual returns, we will not accept items that have been soiled, or that smell of smoke or perfume. We will not accept earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

Once an exchange has been authorised, and the item is received, we will invoice you for the P&P charges, and process the order. Any costs to return the original item are the customers responsibility. We do not offer a free returns service, and cannot take any responsibility for items that arrive damaged w

Ensure you get a certificate of posting from your post office, and preferably, use recorded delivery.
We are not obliged to refund your return postage costs.

** If we find any item has been misused, soiled, worn outside, or otherwise damaged, it will be returned to you at your own cost.  Please read any info given related to the shoe purchased, and its care.

Discounts are only appplied at checkout on orders through the system. Codes cannot be used together. See terms at time of placing order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We will use only use this information to process your order.
We will only contact you if we have a problems with your order, or on the odd occasion we may send you offers or request feedback. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your express consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you at any time, by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend it quickly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely, and will not be shared or given to any third party.

Distance Selling Regulations

We comply with the distance selling regulations.
This means you have a 7 day cooling off period which starts the day after you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to email using the returns request form, or write to us to let us know, and send back the item we sent you at your own cost, in the same new condition, complete with all packaging, labels, tags and prices for a full refund. Please note, We are not obliged to return any costs incurred relating to you returning any item to us. This is at your own cost.

Follow the usual returns procedure on the help page.

Failure to return within the 7 day period simply means you will be refunded the full item price, and none of the P&P you paid at checkout.

Again, if the item is not returned within AccessoriesHQ's 14 day return period, your refund will be for the item value only, less a 25% admin and restocking charge.
